BETOS started with a comal, a milk crate and a very long queue. Named for the little spotted xolo that watches over our kitchen, we cook the contemporary Mexican food we grew up dreaming about — bright, generous and just a little bit wild.
Everything's made by hand, most days from scratch, always with the door open to Maroubra.
